Recruitment Specialist - Dubai

About the role

An expanding team in Dubai is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to oversee the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing qualified candidates, driving engagement, coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. The role works closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build recruitment strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience. It is a full-time position in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and referrals, then screening resumes and conducting interviews on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process and beyond.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to advise hiring managers.
• Report regularly to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress and challenges.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition, with a proven record of placing candidates in back-office and technical departments.
• Strong understanding of roles, tools and industry trends; IT/FinTech experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Skilled negotiator able to secure top talent in a collaborative way.
• Highly organised and proactive, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Dubai are strongly preferred.
