Recruitment Specialist & People Happiness / Office Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist & People Happiness / Office Manager leads end‑to‑end hiring for the entire group while fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture. The role also ensures smooth day‑to‑day office operations across all group locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for all group companies, from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, build talent pipelines, screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate final selections.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, manage offer letters and contracts, and track recruitment metrics.
• Design and run employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition programs, and satisfaction surveys.
• Create welcoming onboarding experiences, including welcome kits and induction sessions.
• Oversee office operations, manage supplies, coordinate vendor services, and ensure health & safety standards.
• Administer the office budget and provide support to management and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably across multiple business units.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and visa/hiring processes.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
