Regional Brand Manager – Middle East, North Africa & Turkey

About the role

Mandarin Oriental is seeking a Regional Brand Manager for the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey to support the Regional Brand Director in bringing the brand strategy to life across the region. You will drive brand programmes, multi‑channel campaigns and content‑driven storytelling for new hotel openings, rebrands and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Brand Director with go‑to‑market strategies for new openings, rebrands and special projects.
• Assist in the rollout and localisation of global and regional campaigns across owned and paid channels, including social media, performance marketing, email and partnerships.
• Lead execution of regional brand events and experiential activations, collaborating with agency partners, F&B, Spa and property marketing teams.
• Coordinate production of content and creative assets such as photography, video and collateral to ensure high‑quality brand storytelling.
• Measure performance of regional campaigns, track ROI, report KPIs and recommend optimisations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in brand, marketing, communications or content‑led roles, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium consumer brands.
• Strong brand sensibility and storytelling mindset with an eye for content quality.
• Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end across creative, commercial and operational functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
