Regional Financial Controller – Northern Africa

About the role

As the Regional Financial Controller for Northern Africa, you will provide strategic financial leadership across multiple hotels, supporting the Area Leadership Team in driving profitable growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring accurate reporting, robust control, and value‑adding insights for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Area Leadership Team in strategic and profitable development of the region.
• Provide operational and financial expertise to regional representatives and hotels to aid decision‑making.
• Coordinate regional reporting activities, analyse financial performance, capital expenditure and budget variance.
• Deliver independent assurance and consulting to improve management control and align with corporate objectives.
• Mentor hotel financial controllers and support hotels in day‑to‑day finance operations.
• Contribute to business development and asset‑management initiatives by providing financial input.

Required profile

• Professional Accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Hotel Financial Controller or similar role with responsibility for multiple business units.
• Strong communication skills at owner‑level.
• Fluent in French and English.
