Regional FP&A Analyst – MEA (Industrial Manufacturing)

About the role

The Regional FP&A Analyst will support the Regional Finance Director in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the MEA region of a leading industrial manufacturing multinational. Based in Ras Al Khaimah, the role ensures financial decisions are data‑driven and aligned with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop detailed financial plans.
• Prepare and update regular forecasts, adjusting for market trends and business changes.
• Compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, analyse variances and present findings.
• Produce financial reports and presentations for regional leaders, senior management and corporate stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met.
• Align financial planning with business strategies through modelling and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and business initiatives, providing recommendations.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and systems to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of FP&A experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Advanced degree and/or accounting certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑management and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capability to challenge business value drivers.
