Regional Marketing Specialist – UAE

About the role

COYA is seeking a proactive Regional Marketing Specialist to support its Dubai and Abu Dhabi venues. Working closely with the Global Marketing Director and local teams, you will ensure that approved campaigns and brand activations are delivered to the highest standard across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor approved marketing campaigns for COYA Dubai and COYA Abu Dhabi.
• Coordinate events, activations, partnerships, PR initiatives and influencer experiences.
• Produce engaging copy for websites, CRM, social media and marketing materials.
• Manage photoshoots, creative content production and collateral creation.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day marketing liaison for UAE venue teams.
• Collaborate with PR agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and other suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Support website updates, digital platforms and guest‑facing marketing assets.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Provide on‑ground support during launches, events and key campaign periods.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Background in premium hospitality, restaurants, hotels, nightlife or luxury lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting abilities.
• Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during key events.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the region.
