Regional Product Manager - Emiratisation

About the role

Emirates Holidays, the tour operation arm of Emirates Airline, is looking for a Regional Product Manager – Emiratisation to shape and launch travel products across source markets and lines of business. You will work closely with senior leadership to align product plans with the company’s vision and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional market and line‑of‑business strategies in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
• Report on product performance, analyse data and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales, fulfilment and airline partners (Emirates/dnata GSA) to create innovative product solutions and capture incremental value.
• Design and launch packaged holiday offerings to support new routes and boost destination awareness.
• Lead campaign planning, stakeholder engagement and post‑campaign reviews with the Commercial Support team.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis, benchmark offerings and identify profitable gaps.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with internal and external partners.
• Represent the business at events, trainings and industry forums.
• Coach, develop and manage the performance of the product team, ensuring timely feedback and reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within the travel or tourism sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in coaching and developing a high‑performing team.
