Regional Sales Manager – Bakery Products (GCC & Middle East)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of La Lorraine Bakery Group’s product portfolio across the GCC and wider Middle East. The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships and drive market penetration for our bakery and foodservice offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends within the manufacturing and foodservice sectors.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and set annual, quarterly and monthly performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximise profitability and secure long‑term agreements.
• Lead and manage the sales team across the region, conducting regular business reviews and upselling initiatives.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain, finance and marketing functions to ensure product availability, credit management and tailored promotional campaigns.
• Foster a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture and report on sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, HORECA or catering channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience with ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for business communication.
