Regional Train & Advise Lead – Middle East

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Regional Train & Advise Lead for the Middle East to drive adoption of its advanced air‑defense and counter‑intrusion systems. The role blends senior operational advising with hands‑on technical deployment, training, and support for regional military partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs, including Train‑the‑Trainer courses and localized materials in regional languages.
• Conduct operational needs assessments, identify capability gaps, and track adoption metrics.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior military leadership, operational staff, and end‑users.
• Provide advisory support on mission planning, concepts of operations (CONOPs), and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate rapid deployment, integration, and operational use of Anduril’s autonomous systems across the region.

Required profile

• Extensive experience working with Middle‑East defence or security organisations.
• Proven ability to bridge senior‑level advisory work with technical implementation.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication and diplomatic skills.
• Demonstrated “train‑the‑trainer” competency and experience delivering technical curricula.

Required skills

• Knowledge of air‑defence and counter‑intrusion system technologies.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems, AI‑enabled platforms, and sensor‑fusion concepts.
• Ability to develop operational playbooks and localized training documentation.
