Regional Trainer – GCC (Retail & L&D)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to lead learning initiatives across the GCC, focusing on retail sales teams in the beauty and fashion sectors. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance service standards, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Train sales staff on service standards, sales techniques, and product assortment.
• Provide post‑training support and follow‑up to ensure skill retention.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support mentors and new hires during onboarding.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and staff evaluations.
• Plan career and professional development pathways for employees.
• Develop and adapt training materials using modern adult‑learning methodologies.
• Organise training sessions and assessment events across UAE and Qatar.

Required profile

• University degree with advanced L&D coursework.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Training Manager or L&D Specialist, preferably in perfumery, cosmetics, beauty or fashion retail.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• UAE driving licence, own car, and willingness to travel within UAE and Qatar.
• Strong understanding of GCC market specifics and cultural context.
