About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care on the day ward of Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years recent experience in a Medical‑Surgical ward within a hospital setting.
- Experience in the UAE or broader Middle East region.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
