About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care on the day ward of Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
At least 2 years recent experience in a Medical‑Surgical ward within a hospital setting.
Experience in the UAE or broader Middle East region.

Required skills

Basic Arabic language skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
