Registered Nurse - ICU

About the role

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is recruiting one Registered Nurse for its ICU. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies, procedures and legislation.
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under the guidance of nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build their competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• At least five years of recent experience in an ICU, including UAE or Middle East experience.
• Basic Arabic is an advantage; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Preference will be given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program.

Required skills

• Knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
