About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team at Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital in Al Ain. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, following clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
- Mentor, supervise, and coach nursing learners and staff to build competence and a learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
