Registered Nurse (Male) – Patient Care

About the role

We are looking for a male Registered Nurse to join our Capital Health Screening Centre team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across our screening facilities and mobile units, ensuring safety and excellent clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care according to clinical guidelines.
• Administer medications, treatments and vaccinations safely while monitoring patient responses.
• Monitor patient conditions, identify changes and escalate care promptly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to infection-prevention, quality and regulatory standards to promote patient safety.
• Participate in quality-improvement projects, audits and continuing professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid DOH/DHA Registered Nurse licence or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum two years of post-qualification nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS/PALS is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare information systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – preferred.
