About the role
The Resident Nurse will provide nursing care in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the Operating Theatre (OT) at Medcare Women and Children Hospital in Dubai, supporting doctors and patients.
Key responsibilities
- Record vital signs, assist doctors with diagnosis, and complete paperwork in the NICU.
- Deliver direct nursing care and provide physical or psychological support to patients as needed.
- Conduct assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation processes in the Operating Theatre.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
