Registered Nurse – NICU (Sharjah)

About the role

The Registered Nurse – NICU will join NMC Healthcare’s neonatal intensive care unit in Sharjah, delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to critically ill newborns and supporting their families. This full‑time position aligns with NMC’s Nursing Vision, Mission and Values, emphasizing safety, excellence and patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard.
• Maintain transparency and open communication with the multidisciplinary team.
• Recognize and respect the uniqueness of each patient, contributing to an outstanding patient experience.
• Participate actively in a learning culture, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement.
• Lead and influence positive changes in healthcare delivery within the unit.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification, licensed to practice in the UAE.
• Experience or strong interest in neonatal intensive care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, allied health professionals and support staff.
