Registered Nurse – OPD

About the role

The Registered Nurse – OPD will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality care to patients and their families in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs, and develop nursing diagnoses and care plans in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and wound care; monitor for side effects and reactions.
• Provide patient education, emotional support, and health promotion; facilitate safe admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Assist in medical procedures, both invasive and non‑invasive, as required.

Required profile

• Valid registration as a nurse with the relevant UAE health authority and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Willingness to work across departments and maintain professional re‑licensure.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation.
• IV therapy and medication administration.
• Wound care management.
