About the role
The Registered Nurse – OPD will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in the outpatient department of Mediclinic Al Sufouh. The role focuses on delivering safe, high‑quality care while supporting a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences as guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
- At least two years recent OPD experience in the UAE (essential).
- Basic Arabic language skills and strong English communication.
Required skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
