About the role
Mediclinic Al Sufouh in Dubai is hiring one Registered Nurse for its OPD. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build their competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- At least two years of recent experience in OPD; UAE experience preferred.
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
