About the role

The Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its surgical ward team. You will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
  • Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
  • Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  • Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
  • Minimum 3 years recent clinical experience in a medical‑surgical ward, preferably in the UAE/Middle East.
  • Basic Arabic language skills and strong English communication.

Required skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
