About the role
Citi Commercial Bank in Dubai is hiring a Relationship Associate, open to UAE nationals only. This is a developing professional role within the Commercial Sales Support job family, focused on day-to-day client servicing and supporting client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client servicing and resolve client issues promptly, including KYC and onboarding.
- Validate client data and documentation in the relevant systems.
- Coordinate and follow up across internal departments to solve client needs.
- Give feedback to clients about emerging product needs, competitive practice and ideas for process or product improvement.
- Analyze client data and provide reporting as needed.
- Assess risk appropriately and uphold compliance with laws, rules and regulations, safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients and assets; escalate, manage and report control issues transparently.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Open to UAE nationals only.
