Relationship Manager - HNI & UHNI Clients

About the role

Century Financial, a UAE financial services firm specializing in investments and trading in currencies, indices, shares, commodities, treasuries, ETFs and exchange-traded derivatives, is looking for a Relationship Manager. The role focuses on acquiring and managing high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clients, ensuring they maintain healthy equity balances and receive premium, tailored service.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire preferred HNI and UHNI clients and grow the client base through referrals, networking and channel partnerships.
• Introduce and contact allocated clients regularly by phone or in person, justifying the value of the premium service.
• Conduct detailed risk and suitability assessments, and risk profiling of mapped clients, offering products aligned to each client's risk profile.
• Understand the needs and preferences of high-value clients and offer tailored support and a need-based product approach.
• Formulate sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and increase the customer base.
• Enhance capital markets knowledge through continuous self-learning and company-provided training.
• Entertain clients and prospects at events and meetings, including evenings and weekends, and liaise with other client-facing teams.
• Comply with the company's Ethics and Code of Conduct policies.

Required profile

• Over 5 years of sales experience in the financial, banking or insurance industry.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets.
• CISI and SCA certification are desirable but not mandatory; all candidates will be expected to hold them after joining.
