Relationship Manager – Privilege Wealth Distribution

About the role

Join ADCB's Retail Banking team as a Relationship Manager focusing on Privilege Wealth Distribution. You will support high‑net‑worth clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, driving portfolio growth and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining existing relationships, analysing data to anticipate client needs.
• Develop and execute relationship plans to increase wallet share and achieve high Net Promoter Scores.
• Promote Privilege Club products, managing clawback ratios within tolerance levels.
• Manage client portfolios, recommending cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to enhance profitability and reduce risk.
• Engage with clients regularly to understand requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relationship management experience in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Strong knowledge of markets, investment, insurance and wealth‑management products.
• Proven ability to manage HNI client relationships and deliver measurable results.
