Relationship Manager - Transaction Banking Sales

About the role

ADCB Corporate and Investment Banking Group serves more than 40,000 commercial, corporate and institutional clients across the Middle East and North Africa, with operations in the UAE and regional offices in Egypt and Kazakhstan. It is looking for an ambitious professional to join its Corporate Banking team in Dubai, focusing on transaction banking. The role is open only to UAE national applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a transaction banking marketing action plan targeting the corporate client base in the UAE, managing corporate clients from a working capital perspective to meet financial targets and drive revenue.
• Work with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations to maximise selling opportunities and maintain customer service levels.
• Liaise with clients, advise on complex transaction banking solutions and emerging opportunities, solve or escalate issues, and cross-sell other products.
• Train and support Corporate Relationship Managers on transaction banking solutions, skills and knowledge.
• Follow organisational policies, processes and standard operating procedures consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in a transaction banking environment, including achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of transaction banking products, the industry, freight forwarding, marine insurance, treasury management and related law and practice.
