Remote Appointment Setter – Sales Development Rep

About the role

You will be the first human voice our prospects hear, turning warm leads from paid campaigns into booked marketing plan sessions. Working remotely, you’ll follow up inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified appointments for our growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up inbound leads via phone, SMS, and direct messages within minutes of receipt.
• Qualify prospects using a proven script and handle common objections confidently.
• Book qualified appointments into the team calendar.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM notes.
• Proactively call through our database to build relationships and uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English – neutral, clear, and professional.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable reaching out to strangers.
• Self‑managed, reliable, and able to meet follow‑up targets without supervision.
• Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, WhatsApp Business, and email platforms (training provided).
