Research Assistant – Marketing & Entrepreneurship

About the role

This full‑time position is within the Marketing & Entrepreneurship Department of the College of Business and Economics at UAEU. Working under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, you will support high‑impact research projects that address consumer behavior, circular economy, entrepreneurial marketing, and sustainability‑focused technological solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Develop structured literature reviews for ongoing projects.
• Analyze survey and interview data using specialized software.
• Prepare research reports that highlight theoretical and managerial implications.
• Collaborate with faculty and external partners to align research with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or in progress) or a BA with proven research support experience.
• Strong research background with a record of supporting academic projects.
• Ability to work independently under the guidance of the PI.

Required skills

• Proficiency in NVivo, SPSS, R, or AMOS for data analysis.
• Experience developing literature reviews and research methodologies.
