Research Director, New Solutions, ARC

About the role

The Research Director leads the discovery, testing, and adoption of innovative research methodologies, technologies, and AI capabilities to accelerate ARC's delivery of insights across the Arabia region and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Scout emerging research and AI capabilities, run pilots, and evaluate vendors to shape ARC's product and platform strategy.
• Design and execute proof‑of‑concepts for new methodologies, tools, and automation across the research lifecycle.
• Support research scoping, methodology design, pricing, and vendor management for client and internal projects in the Arabia region.
• Develop playbooks, training, and best‑practice guidance to enable adoption of validated innovations.
• Maintain reporting dashboards for revenue, pipeline, backlog and ensure responsible AI governance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in market research, research technology, or agency environments.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in financial services, payments, technology or similar data‑rich industries is preferred.
