Research Operations Lead – Expert Opportunity

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire an experienced Research Operations Lead who will train cutting‑edge language models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible and starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce moderated usability test findings decks, customer interview synthesis and thematic coding summaries.
• Design survey instruments, conduct analysis write‑ups and develop discussion guides and screener criteria for research studies.
• Tag research repositories, write insight briefs and build journey‑map documents that translate findings into product recommendations.

Required profile

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design, statistics and translating raw data into usability findings decks and journey‑map documents.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and slides, with excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
