About the role
Join Accor’s hotel in Dubai as a Reservation Agent, handling group and individual reservations via email, phone and WhatsApp while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle group and individual reservation inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp following Accor’s reservation standards.
- Upsell rooms and additional services to maximize hotel profitability.
- Utilize Accor’s distribution and reservation systems, rate architecture and revenue practices.
- Coordinate with other departments and assist other business units as needed.
- Create reports and participate in projects as directed by management.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservations Agent.
- Familiarity with Accor distribution and reservation systems is preferred.
- Prior experience with Opera or a related reservation system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
