Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests wishing to book rooms at our hotel. You will deliver friendly, accurate service across phone, email and online channels, helping guests choose the best accommodation options.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in making room reservations via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on room availability, rates and hotel amenities.
• Process reservation details accurately, including guest information and payment verification.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve any booking‑related concerns.
• Promote special offers, packages and discounts to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel policies, procedures and room types.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to keep room inventory accurate.
• Support group bookings and other special reservation requests as needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow health, safety and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in reservations, front‑desk or customer‑service roles.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• No formal qualifications required.
