Reservations Agent

About the role

Palazzo Versace Dubai is looking for a Reservations Agent to represent the company and its portfolio, selling and upselling products and services while delivering a high level of customer service to guests, internal and external customers and future clients. The role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and upsell all products and services within the Palazzo Versace Dubai portfolio in a friendly, professional and efficient way
• Maximize sales and assist guests, internal and external customers and future customers
• Handle enquiries by telephone, fax and email, using the approved language skills required
• File correspondence, handle customer complaints, check and update related reports and perform other related tasks
• Achieve given targets and maintain exceptional performance
• Ensure compliance with contact center quality performance requirements
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the contact center, including machines and IT equipment

Required profile

• At least 6 months of reservations experience in a luxury 5-star hotel
• Experience in a high-volume, high-pressure environment and in a multicultural setting
• Team player able to help achieve departmental and organizational goals
• High level of integrity and customer focus
