Reservations Manager

About the role

The Reservations Manager will build and lead the reservations function for a new luxury pool, beach and lifestyle venue on The Heart of Europe Island. This commercial role focuses on generating revenue, creating personalised booking experiences for VIP and high‑value guests, and establishing the operation from pre‑opening through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the reservations department before opening, defining procedures, booking standards, cancellation policies and payment terms.
• Configure and optimise the reservations system, including scripts, email and WhatsApp templates, and daily reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database, segmenting VIP, corporate and repeat guests and capturing preferences.
• Proactively acquire bookings by contacting existing and potential high‑value clients, building relationships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, DMCs and travel advisors.
• Drive revenue through targeted re‑booking strategies, partnership development and maximising occupancy across beach beds, pool beds, cabanas and special experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) experience in hospitality reservations or revenue management.
• Proven track record of building reservations operations from scratch.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to convert enquiries into revenue.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with high‑net‑worth clientele.
