About the role
The Resident Engineer Civil will lead the civil engineering portfolio for a 400kV transmission lines project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves on‑site supervision, technical management and coordination with the client and customer interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technical, HSE and financial performance of the 400kV transmission lines project.
- Supervise construction to ensure strict compliance with approved designs and handle non‑conformances.
- Plan, organise and oversee engineering and construction inspection activities, and verify installed quantities at closeout.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE civil engineering sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferable experience with local utilities such as Transco, ADDC or DEWA.
Required skills
- Civil engineering project management.
- Construction supervision and inspection.
