Resident Engineer – High‑Rise Tower

About the role

A2ML Recruiting is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to lead site supervision for a major high‑rise tower development in Dubai. The role requires a strong on‑site professional with extensive background in high‑rise residential or mixed‑use tower projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality control, progress monitoring and contractor performance.
• Coordinate structural, architectural and MEP disciplines to maintain design integrity.
• Manage site supervision teams and act as the consultant’s representative in meetings with client, contractor, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Handle construction contract administration, preferably under FIDIC, and ensure compliance with Dubai authority requirements, inspections and approvals.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of construction experience, including prior Resident Engineer roles on high‑rise tower projects in Dubai.
• Proven track record on major high‑rise residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of Dubai construction regulations, authority approvals and FIDIC contract procedures.
• Excellent communication, reporting and leadership abilities.
