Responsible AI and AI Governance

About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for a senior professional to design and deliver AI governance frameworks and responsible AI controls for enterprise‑scale AI adoption. You will work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to translate policy intent into technical guardrails.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI governance frameworks, policy artefacts, risk taxonomy and oversight forums.
• Design controls for fairness, transparency, explainability, human oversight, safety and auditability.
• Create use‑case intake, AI impact assessment, model inventory and approval workflows.
• Support AI Factory governance, sovereign AI and regulated‑sector proposal workstreams.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of experience in AI governance, data governance, risk, compliance, audit, cyber/privacy or consulting.
• Experience designing governance frameworks or controls for technology, data, AI or digital programmes, preferably in public sector, financial services, telecom, energy or other regulated industries.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO 23894 and model risk concepts.
• Understanding of generative AI risks (hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe content) and ability to implement mitigation controls.
• Familiarity with Agentic control plane concepts and translating governance requirements into technical guardrails.
