About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of the flagship concepts for an international Food & Beverage group in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines operational oversight with team development to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and develop front‑of‑house and management teams.
• Drive financial results through budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver seamless execution of menus and service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high‑volume or premium dining environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs.
• Passion for hospitality, service culture, and team development.
• Experience with international or multi‑unit brands is a plus.
