About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Host to join the team at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a warm welcome and ensure smooth seating and flow in the dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables according to party size and preferences.
- Prepare and maintain the host/hostess stand, answer phone calls following Four Seasons standards.
- Manage the reservation and waitlist system, maintain the station chart and cover count.
- Make recommendations on room set‑up and assist with special guest requests.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel or upscale restaurant host/hostess role.
- Impeccable grooming and a joyful, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
