Restaurant Hostess – Guest Relations

About the role

Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Hostess and be the first friendly face for guests entering our dining venues. You will ensure smooth seating, manage reservations, and contribute to a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the dining room layout, capacity, dress code and operating hours.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings, handle reservations, cancellations and communicate changes to management.
• Greet guests at the entrance, assign tables fairly according to the floor plan and ensure guests are satisfied with their seating.
• Monitor waiting lines during peak periods, anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Handle guest complaints following instant pacification procedures and work with management to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• Fresher or up to one year of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment.
• Ability to wear the correct uniform, maintain personal hygiene and adhere to hotel appearance standards.
