Restaurant Manager - 2 Michelin Niko Romito (Italian Speaker)

About the role

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager for its 2 Michelin-starred Niko Romito restaurant at the Bulgari Resort Dubai. The position covers all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service, and is responsible for guest and employee satisfaction, standards and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets and manage financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for the food and beverage department
• Manage day-to-day operations of the culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations
• Lead and supervise the food and beverage team, provide coaching and mentoring, and set clear expectations and goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest complaints and ensure banquet functions meet high standards
• Conduct performance reviews, promote fair treatment and open-door policies, and develop training programmes
• Comply with food and beverage laws and regulations and corporate accounting procedures

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field
• 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or a related area, or 2 years of experience with a relevant degree
• Italian speaker
