Restaurant Manager - Arabic Restaurant

About the role

A well-established restaurant in Dubai is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an outstanding dining experience for every guest. The role suits a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in managing Arabic restaurants. It is a full-time morning shift position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Lead, supervise and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing customer feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and maintain workplace discipline.
• Oversee food quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor restaurant performance and ensure smooth, efficient daily service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Arabic restaurant.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Arabic cuisine and restaurant service standards.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
