About the role
One&Only Royal Mirage is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager for its Eau Zone venue. You will lead a multicultural team in a luxury resort setting, ensuring every guest experience reflects the brand’s commitment to creativity, precision and warmth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Eau Zone restaurant, maintaining high service standards.
- Lead, coach and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Manage guest relations, handling high‑profile and diverse clientele with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations.
- Control inventory, ordering and cost management to meet budgetary targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a 5‑star hotel/resort.
- Previous experience in a specialty restaurant environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
