Restaurant Manager – French Concept

About the role

Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead its French‑concept restaurant starting September 2026. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the high standards of a luxury hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day performance.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members, fostering a positive culture and high engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, manage budgets and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and upselling.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, health, safety and hygiene compliance.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control and procurement processes.
• Analyze business performance, guest feedback and market trends to implement improvements and increase profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in a reputable hospitality or food & beverage environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
