Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L, manage inventory, control labor costs, and execute local marketing initiatives.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, delivery order execution, and online reputation management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Hands‑on operational grit, able to multitask during peak periods.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in restaurant cost control.
• Excellent communication skills for guest resolution and team briefings.
• Commitment to 100% compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
