Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of a busy dining venue in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring a seamless guest experience, strong financial results, and compliance with all health and safety standards. This full‑time position requires a hands‑on leader who can motivate staff, optimise processes, and support the brand’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate front‑ and back‑of‑house teams, conduct briefings and performance discussions.
• Maintain a welcoming environment, address guest concerns promptly and uphold high service standards.
• Oversee service flow, food quality, cleanliness and adherence to brand, health and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability; analyse financial reports and implement improvement strategies.
• Track inventory levels, place orders and manage supplier relationships for cost‑effective procurement.
• Deliver onboarding, ongoing training and initiatives to reduce turnover and boost engagement.
• Ensure dining area, kitchen and facilities are clean, safe and well‑maintained.
• Support marketing campaigns and local promotions, and manage online reviews and delivery operations.
• Maintain readiness for operational, safety and hygiene audits and apply corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong communication and people‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control and financial management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
