Restaurant Manager

About the role

Responsible for the overall operation, guest experience and performance of the restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards in line with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA and hotel brand standards. Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining a strong floor presence and engaging with guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain strong floor presence, personally engage with guests and handle feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes, LQA, brand, HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Coach the team on luxury service, guest engagement, service recovery and attention to detail.
• Drive restaurant revenue, upselling, average check and cost control.
• Manage staffing, productivity, scheduling and team performance.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and other hotel departments.

Required profile

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years' F&B experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Previous restaurant management experience with strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards.
