About the role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Restaurant Receptionist to become the first point of contact for guests at our bustling Dubai venue. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly as they arrive.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements and table availability.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and floor staff regarding table turnover.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area.
- Handle guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- Secondary school education (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality or reception role.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
