About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional dining experiences in our flagship restaurant. You will be the face of the brand, guiding guests from welcome to farewell and ensuring every visit turns them into happy fans.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality F&B service throughout the guest journey, adhering to brand standards.
Handle operational tasks such as order taking, serving, and table turnover efficiently.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly and execute service recovery when required.
Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a seamless and empowered environment.
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards in the dining area.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

Strong communication skills in English.
