Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

A UAE-based retail group, Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER, which owns several F&B concepts including Social House, Karak House, Angelina, Gia, Markette, Two Bistro, Caya, Parka, Krema, Carpo, Ganache Chocolatier, The Good Hood Kitchen and Klay by Karak, is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for one of its stylish concepts in Dubai. The role suits someone who loves food and beverage and wants to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Help achieve target sales and reach the budget, and control or minimise costs
• Deliver the highest level of customer service and assist customers with queries and complaints
• Supervise the sequence of service, the service flow during operations and staff service practices
• Encourage all staff to reduce restaurant costs
• Prepare checks that itemise and total meal costs using the Micros point-of-sale system
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware and linens
• Manage staff productivity, reward schemes and programmes

Required profile

• Graduate in a relevant discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in high-end or casual dining F&B operations
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good English communication skills
• Good people management skills
