Restaurant Supervisor – Lead Daily Operations

About the role

Brocki is a fast‑growing brand that delivers premium cookies, desserts and memorable customer experiences. We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, and maintain the highest standards of service, quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant/store operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead, train and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and manage scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food‑safety standards at all times.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, control stock usage and coordinate replenishment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in restaurant, café, bakery or food‑service operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
